WHY FOUNDATION?
There is a distinct pattern in which your body is structurally designed to move.  When we are moving outside of this pattern the forces of gravity are absorbed by the wrong parts of the body, leading to chronic pain, instability, and a reduced quality of life.

Foundation Training is the only program available based entirely on retraining your muscles, establishing a new muscle memory. Foundation will teach you to use gravity to your benefit, and bring you quickly to the proper pattern of movement. You will learn how to properly support your weight using the Posterior Chain of muscles, and the effects will be felt immediately. Eric Goodman

The creator of Foundation Training. Eric developed this method while in chiropractic school to get himself out of pain. Since graduating, he has spread Foundation to thousands of people, teaching them what it means to move properly and get themselves out of pain. Eric teaches classes, gives seminars and is active in the continuous development of Foundation Training. "Foundation teaches your body how to be at its strongest. Strengthen your posterior chain and watch how your life changes."

An athlete's athlete. Peter has won two World's Toughest Triathlon titles. Sought by pros of the highest level, Peter brings his knowledge from being a professional athlete to help other world class athletes raise their games to the next level and avoid injury. "It's not just about being big and strong, if you don't know how to move perfectly you're wasting your time. That's why I do Foundation."

Dustin DeRyke

After graduating from chiropractic school in 2009, Dustin began teaching Foundation. He has taught people from coast to coast how to start perfecting their movement patterns and get back to living the way they want to live. "I've never seen a program as effective as Foundation. I use it every day on myself and my students." Dustin lives in Dana Point, CA teaching classes and helping people throughout Southern California.

Pain and performance are interconnected. Brian teaches people of all ages how to be pain free and move properly, he helps them get the most out of their bodies and their sports. "Proper, efficient movement means more power with less effort. I strive for power through efficiency and show others how to do the same."
